This policy explains what information Lost LeBlanc ("we", "us") collects when you visit our pages, join our email list, or buy the Launch Your First Offer guide (the "Guide"), and what we do with it. By using our pages or buying from us, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, and phone number if you enter one, when you sign up, join the waitlist, order, or contact us.
• Payment details: you enter these on the secure checkout. They go to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: if you message us on Instagram or reply to our emails, we keep the conversation so we can answer you.
• Technical and usage information: your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view, and which links you click.
• Optional information: anything extra you choose to send us, such as survey answers or support requests.

2. How we use it

• To take your order, deliver the Guide and your bonuses, and give you support.
• To email you about your purchase, and to send you tips and offers from Christian. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email.
• To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve what we make.
• To show you our ads on other platforms, and to measure how well they perform.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal duties.

3. The tools we use

We use trusted providers to run our pages and send our emails. They process your information for us, under their own privacy policies:

• GoHighLevel: hosts our funnel pages and checkout, stores contacts, and sends our emails.
• Stripe: processes payments and refunds.
• Google Analytics and PostHog: show us how people use our pages. We do not record your screen.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel: measures our ads and lets us show ads to people who visited our pages.
• ManyChat: sends automatic replies when you message us on Instagram.
• Vercel: hosts our website lostcreatoracademy.com.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with these providers, when the law requires it, or if our business is sold or merged (the new owner would continue to honor this policy).

4. Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar tools to make our pages work, measure traffic, and show relevant ads. On lostcreatoracademy.com, analytics and ad tracking run only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice there at any time. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working. You can also opt out of personalized ads in your Meta and Google ad settings.

5. How we protect your information

Payments run through Stripe's encrypted checkout. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, keep records of your purchase, or meet legal duties. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. To make a request, email team@lostleblanc.com. We may need to confirm who you are first.

8. Other countries

Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries where data protection rules may differ from where you live. By using our pages or buying from us, you agree to this.

9. Children

Our pages and the Guide are for adults. They are not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a big change, we will tell you by email or on our pages.
