Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of the Launch Your First Offer guide (the "Guide"), its bonuses, and any add-ons you buy with it (together, the "Products"), sold by Lost LeBlanc ("we", "us"). By buying or using a Product, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What you are buying

The Guide is a self-paced PDF, sold with three bonuses: No Audience, No Problem; The Will-It-Sell Test; and The Copy-and-Customize Launch Kit. At checkout and right after it, we may offer optional add-ons, such as The Launch Copy Pack and the Paid Creator Library. An add-on is yours only if you choose it and pay for it. Add-ons are separate products and are not part of the Guide.

2. Delivery

Everything is digital. After you pay, we email you a link to download the Guide. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email team@lostleblanc.com and we will fix it.

3. Payment and pricing

You pay the price shown at checkout, in full, by card or any other method the checkout offers. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices can change for future buyers, but never for an order you have already placed. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply where you live.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee on the Guide

You have 14 days from the day you buy the Guide to decide. If the Guide wasn't worth it, email team@lostleblanc.com within those 14 days and we will refund the price of the Guide in full. You keep your access to the Guide and its bonuses.

This guarantee covers the Guide and its three bonuses only. Add-ons and any other product are not refundable.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it. Please email us before you start a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it faster.

5. Your license

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own business and learning. You may not share, copy, resell, publish, or give the Products to anyone else, or put them in a course, group, or membership, without our written permission.

6. Ownership

The Products, including the text, templates, scripts, videos, and designs, belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may use the templates and scripts to build your own offer, but you may not copy or sell the Products themselves, or claim them as your own.

7. No guarantee of results

The Guide teaches a process. It does not promise income or any specific result. What you earn, if anything, depends on your offer, your effort, your market, and many things we do not control. Stories and results we share are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

8. Emails and messages

When you buy or sign up, you agree that we may email you about your order and send you tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will still send messages about your order.

9. Availability

We aim to keep our pages and downloads working, but we do not promise they will always be available or error-free. We may update, improve, or remove content in the Products.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Products, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product the claim relates to. You use the Products at your own risk and are responsible for your own business decisions.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the Products, or by abusing a refund. If we end your access for that reason, no refund is owed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you bought apply to your order.
